Opus 62, “Thunder Dragon”

This is one of Cano Ozgener’s earlier paintings, done under the guidance of Bhutanese master painter, Phurba Namgay. In Eastern mythology, “Dragon” is a mighty creature, blessed with unlimited creative powers. Dragon represents the yang side of the world: energy, wealth, and ingenuity. Also the guardian of your home and your treasured possessions, Dragon symbolizes enlightenment and defends the Dharma (Buddha’s teachings).
